The challenge

Indian schools and coaching institutes were running on paper registers, spreadsheets and phone calls. Teachers spent too much of their day on paperwork: marking attendance, issuing fee receipts, setting and grading exams, and compiling reports.

Parents had no live view of attendance, fees or results, and students had nobody to ask when a doubt came up late at night. Many schools also could not justify servers, IT staff or expensive software, and their students and parents often study and communicate in Hindi as much as in English.

What we built

We built IntelCampus as a cloud-based school management system (an EMIS): one browser-based platform with 25+ modules covering fees, attendance, exams, live classes, homework, reports and parent communication.

It works on any phone, tablet or desktop with no hardware to buy, updates itself, and a school can sign up and be live in under five minutes. Hindi and English are available throughout, and AI helps both students and administrators.

The problem

Generic school software is either too heavy, too expensive or not designed for how Indian institutions actually run.

02 Fees & payments

Fee collection that no longer means chasing parents.

The problem

Fees meant cash counters, handwritten receipts, manual ledgers and phone calls to remind parents who had not paid.

Parents pay online by UPI, cards or netbanking straight from their phone, and the money goes directly into the school's account through Razorpay. The fee ledger updates itself, every payment produces a numbered PDF receipt, and pending or overdue fees trigger reminders to parents.

The problem

Paper roll calls cost teachers class time, and parents often learned about an absence days later, if at all.

Teachers mark attendance in one tap, by class and subject. Parents are alerted straight away when their child is absent, and the same records feed reports and exam eligibility checks, so nobody has to compile them by hand.

From date sheet to marksheet, without the paperwork.

The problem

Setting papers, arranging seating, invigilating, grading and compiling marksheets took teachers days and delayed results.

Exams can be held online (MCQ and subjective) or offline. Objective papers are graded the moment a student submits. For offline exams the platform builds conflict-free date sheets, randomised seating plans, digitally signed admit cards and marksheets.

The problem

Doubts come up in the evening, long after teachers have gone offline, and many students are more comfortable in Hindi than English.

Students get 24/7 homework and doubt support that follows the school curriculum and answers in Hindi or English. Inside their notes, highlighting any text lets the AI explain it in simple language, give real-life examples, pull out key terms or generate a practice quiz.

The problem

Live classes ran on separate tools, while attendance and notes were tracked by hand.

One dashboard for the whole institution, secured by design.

The problem

Admissions, payroll, transport, hostel and multi-campus reporting lived in separate registers, and running local servers meant hardware cost and risk.

A cloud dashboard gives owners and principals control over admissions, teacher payroll, fees, transport and hostel, with any report exportable to PDF or Excel. Each school's data is isolated, access is role-based, data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and backups run daily.
