Abiliquest: food, water, vitals and community in one wellness app
01

The challenge

Looking after your health usually means juggling several apps and papers: one for calories, another for water, a notebook for blood pressure, folders of lab reports and a separate social feed for motivation. Each holds a piece of the picture and none of them talks to the others.

People end up logging by hand, losing history and finding it hard to see how their habits and their numbers connect.

02

What we built

We built Abiliquest as a single Android app that brings daily habits and health data together. It tracks food and calories, water intake, activity and vital measurements, keeps medical history and appointments in the same place, and adds a community for events, recipes and shared progress.

AI-based analysis of health reports and an optimised health plan turn the recorded data into suggestions the user can act on.

03

The outcome

Users see food, hydration, vitals and medical history in one place instead of across several apps and papers, with a community around them and AI help to make sense of their reports.

How it helps, area by area.

01 Who it is for

People who want one place to look after their health.

The problem

Wellness tools are scattered, so people give up logging or never see the whole picture.

Abiliquest is for anyone who wants to manage diet, hydration, fitness and basic health measurements from a phone, with others to keep them motivated.

  • People managing their diet and calorie balance
  • People building hydration and fitness habits
  • People tracking blood pressure, glucose, oxygen and other vitals
  • People who stay motivated through community and events
02 Nutrition

A calorie dashboard that guides toward balance.

The problem

Manual food diaries are tedious, so people stop logging within days.

The dashboard shows calories eaten against calories burned, with quick ways to add food and activity. Detailed breakdowns show how much of the daily target has been used and where the nutrients come from.

  • Dashboard of calories in and calories burned
  • Quick intake by search, barcode or favourites
  • Quick burn entry for activity
  • Daily intake plan across breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks
  • Calorie, carbohydrate and protein progress, plus a micro-nutrition view
03 Hydration

Sip by sip towards the daily water goal.

The problem

Most people have no idea how much water they actually drink in a day.

A hydration tracker shows progress toward a daily goal as a clear ring, with one-tap logging for common glass and bottle sizes and a history of past days.

  • Daily water goal with live progress
  • One-tap logging by glass or bottle size
  • Water history and average intake
  • Sits next to intake and burnout tracking in the same view
04 Health measurements

From vital stats to medical history, at your fingertips.

The problem

Readings written on scraps of paper are lost, and doctors rarely see the trend.

Key measurements are recorded in a few taps and kept with the user's medical history, appointments and records, so a full picture is always available.

  • Blood pressure, blood glucose and oxygen saturation
  • Pulse, temperature, weight and sleep
  • Daily mood check-in
  • Overall, medical, appointment and records views in one place
05 Community & events

Together, we can build a stronger, healthier community.

The problem

Healthy habits are easier to keep with other people, but fitness communities are usually separate from the tracking tools.

A social feed lets users connect with friends, share posts, photos and videos, discover recipes and join local or virtual workout events, from neighbourhood runs to yoga challenges.

  • Feed with posts, images, video and hashtags
  • Local and virtual workout events users can show interest in
  • Recipes and tips from the community
  • Polls and discussions around daily habits
06 AI & health plan

AI that helps make sense of the numbers.

The problem

Lab reports and health numbers are hard for non-specialists to interpret.

The latest versions add AI-based analysis of health reports with recommendations, and a more personalised health plan tailored to each user. These are informational guidance, not a replacement for a doctor.

  • AI-based health report analysis and recommendations
  • Optimised, personalised health plan
  • Cleaner, more intuitive interface
